Shipping policy

We want to make your shopping experience as simple as possible, so our shipping methods and policies have been designed to get your order to you as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Please make sure you enter your shipping address correctly as once it has been received, and your product is dispatched we cannot alter the address.

Shipping methods:

MIA Gear primarily uses Team Global Express and New Zealand Couriers. Within the North Island, our parcels are sent on overnight delivery, however, please allow up to 3 working days for potential courier delays, stock availability and rural delivery. For Shipping to the South Island, please allow 3 working days and potential for courier delays, stock availability and rural delivery. If you require your purchase urgently, please contact the MIA Gear team directly to discuss.

Once your order has been completed (the payment has cleared and your order is packaged), you will be sent an automated email from our courier service when they have collected your order (please check your spam if you haven’t received it). You will receive another email prior to delivery, and then again when your item has been delivered. 

Once your items have been shipped, they become your property and responsibility. If a product arrives damaged, or is misplaced, it is your responsibility to liaise with Team Global Express, NZ Couriers or the shipping agent responsible. No refunds or replacements will be given for products missing or damaged in transit. We will however provide you with all the necessary information to make your claim.

Delivery times:

We endeavor to ship your goods within 24 hours of receiving your order. We do not ship on weekends or on public holidays, so any orders placed on a Friday afternoon/Saturday/Sunday will go out early the following week.  However, please allow 3 working days for delivery, as this covers busier times, items out of stock for a day or two and busy times with the courier companies.  We will contact you if the item you have ordered is out of stock.

Our standard delivery service is no signature required. Please make the necessary notes if you wish to have signature required and arrange for the courier to leave your parcel in a safe and secure area at your given address.
